Titans of Heresy Have Joined Hands - Benny Hinn and Greg Locke are Now Best Buds
By Anthony Wade
The book burner and the guy with the magic suit coat...unite!
::::::::
Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven." - Luke 10:20 (ESV)
The purpose driven, seeker-friendly industrial complex is a billion-dollar industry selling out the church and making merchandise of the gospel of Jesus Christ. They try very hard to enforce the notion that the false do not eat their own. When pastors step out of line with the cabal, they lose the cabal perks. They do not get the $100,000 honorariums for visiting churches on the circuit, first class air and hotel accommodations. This as an example was what was provided by Brian Houston's scam known as "Hillsong Family." For example, Mark Driscoll was once considered the bad boy of modern evangelicalism. Preaching in Mickey Mouse tee-shirts and speaking intrusively about sex from the pulpit he also lashed out correctly at people like Joel Osteen, one of the most lucrative of money producers and sources within the cabal. Driscoll famously stole $230,000 in tithe monies and became a belligerent source of abuse to his church. So much so he was forced to step down and just as he was about to face discipline, he fled. While in exile, it was Robert Morris who facilitated his return to the favorable graces of the cabal by allowing him to speak at a conference at Gateway Church. This was after he bowed down to kiss the Osteen ring by apologizing. This led to Driscoll getting a new church in Arizona where he still pretends he did nothing wrong despite all of those bleeding sheep he left behind in Seattle.
I say this as the backdrop to the curious case of Greg Locke, false teacher. Mr. Locke is a more recent bad boy within churchianity. The niche he has carved out for himself within the crazy NAR dominionist wing of the apostate church is known as deliverance ministry. This is the Charismaniacal belief that everyone "has a demon" that they need to be delivered from. Never mind that a true born-again Christian cannot have the indwelt Holy Spirit and demons sharing the same space. Mixed in with this demonology, Locke's dominionism was always on the edge of crazy. He routinely holds book burnings at his church because he has deemed anti-Christian topics as being worthy of being burned. You know, like Hitler did. Locke has preached that anyone who does not vote as he does, are irredeemable and going to hell. He literally said he did not want them in his church, a very odd perspective on the Great Commission. Amidst this bad boy, angry, hateful ministry, Locke wrote a book speaking against the false teachings of Benny Hinn! Of course, Benny is a 60-million-dollar asset of the cabal, so Locke eventually would pay for this and that day has apparently come. Maybe Locke realizes the real money is on Benny's side rather than YouTube charlatans like Marcus Rogers and Mike Signorelli. Either way, Charisma News is of course trumpeting this change of heart for Locke, regarding Hinn and his previous criticism of him. Let us reason again through the above linked article.
"For too long, devils have been running rampant across America. Without a body of Christ empowered by the Holy Spirit to cast them out, who else was there to stop them? As the manifestation of demonic influence is claiming territory around the world, two titans of deliverance ministry have united in the cause of driving it back. In a recent live interview, Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church and Benny Hinn sat down together in a surprise union. Why is this so shocking? Because for years Locke had decried Hinn and others like him as false prophets, and even wrote a book against him called "Blinded by Benny."' - Charisma News
These are the "demons behind every bush" crowd in Charismania. In order to have any relevance, they have to pretend that every problem a Christina faces must be a result of demonic forces. Nonsense. I think we often think we are more important than we are. Sometimes life is life. Either way, the notion of casting demons out of followers of Christ is not supported biblically. Even the questionable verses at the end of Mark's gospel do not say that we will do such. The bible does however say that false teachers will perform false signs and lying wonders to deceive. These are not two titans of deliverance beloved. They are two titans of false teaching.
'Now, you would think they had been friends for years. That is the unification power of the Holy Spirit at work, and not only has past offense been humbly done away with, there are strategies in the works for increasing deliverance ministry. "This is the greatest need in the body of Christ," Hinn tells the audience watching the live interview. "Anyone who is afraid of deliverance has a demon," Hinn adds. Discussing the 'revival' of deliverance ministry of which Locke is at the forefront, Hinn shared of his own experience over the years of casting out demons from people.
The screaming, throwing up, foaming at the mouth, all things that both men of God had witnessed and agree needs to become a mainstay in Christianity again. "This is the number one ministry of Jesus," Locke proclaims. "He cast out more demons than anything else that He ever did."' - Charisma News
Yeah. No. This is a familiar refrain from pro tithers too who claim that Jesus taught more about money than anything else. What rubbish. What they also miss is that the people he cast demons out from, were not saved. The greatest need in the churches across this land is salvation because pastors like Hinn and Locke do not preach the actual gospel of Jesus Christ. This is why so many will end up on the broad path that leads them to stand before Christ and say, "Lord Lord, did we not attend all of Greg Locke's book burnings in Your name?" "Did we not fall down when Benny waved his suit coat at us?" He will say away from me, I do not know you. Now, the greatest need in the body of Christ, which is different than the apostate church, is for discernment because so many are led astray so easily these days. Like the foolish Galatians before them they become bewitched so quickly! My people perish for a lack of knowledge of the word of God! We cannot discern because we do not know the word for ourselves! Notice how absolutely silly and self-serving their logic is here. If you are "afraid" of deliverance, which they will extend to anyone who has the temerity to disagree with their silliness, then you yourself must have a demon! The delicious irony of people like Locke and Hinn pointing out demons in other people stands out here. Benny likes to waive his magic suit coat at crowds of people and tells you he is imparting healing or even deliverance by doing so. This is obviously demonic itself and not of God. Locke likes to accuse people in his church of being witches or demons themselves, simply based upon their voting preferences. Lock and Hinn are the ones trafficking in demons. The unification of these two demonic trafficking charlatans is absolutely NOT related to the power of the Holy Spirit as they both work against the spirit.
"This phenomenon was not relegated to only the Son of God either. Luke 10:17 says "The seventy returned with joy, saying, 'Lord, even the demons are subject to us through Your name.'" Not just the 12 disciples either, but many who were sent out in Jesus' name were given authority over the enemy, which Paul also writes about in Ephesians 10:16-18. This is a call to spiritual arms for all who believe in Jesus Christ, and the meeting of these two titans of the faith is evidence of that." - Charisma News
Of course, false teachers never deal with the context of the verses they leverage! Verse 20 in Luke 10 is the key verse above and shows Jesus rebuking the 72 to not focus on the carnal power they perceive but rather focus on the eternal promise of salvation they have already possess. Hinn and Locke have always focused on carnal lusts and power and not so much on the actual gospel that leads to salvation. This is not to mention that Jesus sending out the 72 are not directive passages for us to follow today. I can't even comment on the other scripture they reference here because there is no Ephesians 10. The spiritual call to arms from the bible is for discernment in order to protect ourselves from false teachers. Mercifully, this article ends:
"Recalling many of the various manifestations he encountered of the decades of Miracle Crusades, Hinn emphasized the need for deliverance not just in secular communities, but for Christians and pastors as well. This unification of leaders, from different backgrounds and generations, shows how the Lord can work anything for His good and His glory. "We need you," Hinn told Locke. "I'm going to stand with you and behind you because, where would we be today without the power of God's people? And here is a man at one time didn't believe in any of this and today God is using him." As God continues to do new things in the lives of each and every believer, this sign of unity in the body of Christ stands as a beacon of hope for those who seek the forgiveness of others. Through that forgiveness the Lord is forging new relationships and new ministries. With the reemergence of deliverance ministry and a new battalion of spiritual warriors at the helm, the devil would be right to fear what the Lord has in store for him." - Charisma News
The reason why Hinn had focused on deliverance of Christians is because he does not understand the bible. Hinn standing by Locke brings God no glory. Unity without doctrine is not unity and so many well intended Christians still get this wrong. Joel Osteen is not acceptable to God because some may seek a real church after being unfulfilled at his. The Lord may choose to heal or save someone attending a Benny Hinn false crusade but that he nothing to do with Benny and everything to do with the mercy of God. Do not find yourself defending wolves or advocating leading people to them to be slaughtered. You will answer for it. If you cannot discern that the 60-million-dollar guy with the magic sport coat who once prophesied that Fidel Castro was going to die in the 1990's is as false as a three-dollar bill, then you need more time in the word of God. Likewise, if you think the book burning guy who left his first wife to marry the church secretary and thinks Democrats are all going to hell because of party affiliation is an acceptable pastor or preacher, then I would recommend the same dogged pursuit of His written word. Is anyone truly surprised that these two have come together for this Kumbaya moment? Do you think either will stop the coming one world religion? Get back to reading His word and until Christ comes again, which may be soon, mark and avoid both of these hucksters beloved.
