It is time to examine the language employed by the false prophets network so we might better discern what is clearly not from God.

The word of the Lord came to me: "Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel, who are prophesying, and say to those who prophesy from their own hearts: 'Hear the word of the Lord!' Thus says the Lord God, Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing! Your prophets have been like jackals among ruins, O Israel. You have not gone up into the breaches, or built up a wall for the house of Israel, that it might stand in battle in the day of the Lord. They have seen false visions and lying divinations. They say, 'Declares the Lord,' when the Lord has not sent them, and yet they expect him to fulfill their word. We have written extensively about the network of false prophets that perpetuate their stranglehold on the sheep by propping each other up. These are the folks you see at Charisma News, the Elijah List, the Kansas City Prophets, the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) and places like Bethel Church. They are becoming household names in Charismania circles. James Goll, Chuck Pierce, Jennifer Leclaire, Kim Clement, Rick Joyner, General Cindy Jacobs and so many others make their living on fleecing the flock through their false visions and lying divinations. If you have never seen them operate live it is breathtaking in how demonic it is. Using parlor tricks and psychic manipulations, they practice clairvoyance and sorcery more than prophecy. They turn the prophetic into a Magic 8-Ball from God. Should I leave to start that ministry? It is decidedly so. Except they have to tack on to their lies, "thus sayeth the Lord." Without the appearance of piety they are exposed as nothing more than a cheap carnival barker hocking his wares to the unsuspecting rubes.

In pursuit of this pietistic appearance they have developed their own prophetic language that is loosely based on biblical words but devoid of any biblical truth mixed with mystical gobbledygook designed to make the rubes, I mean Christians, buy in. In the process they mangle the Bible and any sense of biblical truth. This unbiblical mangle-dese is the language of false prophets everywhere. There is usually a "shift" going on somewhere, possibly in the "atmosphere." Red seas are parting and apparently there is a promised land out there for everyone to take possession of. For some reason it only seems to apply to those lucky enough to be listening to the false prophet. It is all of course absurd. The link above is by false prophetess Lana Vawser and the title alone is brilliant mangle-dese:

"Prophecy: Governmental Anointing in Double Portions"

Ahhh yes the ole double portion prophecy. A staple of the false prophet language. While the title grabbed my attention the actual article/prophecy is staggering in the mangle-dese we have outlined so far. Come, let us reason together so we might be able to better spot when we are being lied to by snake oil salesmen disguised as prophets.

"Take Heart, My Prophets "Prophets of My heart, now is the time to stand and stand strong. Do not move to the left or the right, keep standing in the place where I have told you to stand. Fear, intimidation and confusion have come against many of you like a cloud--to cause you to withdraw or move in a direction that I am not leading you into. Do not move! Keep standing upon what I am saying, for a great awakening and increase of revelation of your authority in Me is taking place." -- Lana Vawser

There is usually a great awakening on the horizon for these false prophecies. A fantastic revival that is right around the corner. If believers would only stop looking to the left and right! While this sounds good and tickles the ears of the listeners, it is hardly biblical. The truth is the Bible does not promise a great end times revival beloved. It does however prophesy a great end times apostasy and Lana Vawser is part of that falling away.

"I am awakening you to the victory that you live in and walk in, in Me. I am increasing the anointing to prophesy over regions, cities, and nations and see a whole atmospheric shift take place in significantly loud ways. Prophets of My heart, many of you are moving further into your governmental mantle and the enemy is raging mad, but take heart, you are gaining ground. Take heart, a promotion is upon you. Take heart, I am increasing favor upon you. Take heart, I am increasing your influence for My glory and to extend My Kingdom." -- Lana Vawser

There's the atmospheric shift! I swear I did not read this through before I started writing! Another staple of these teachings is the complete abuse of the word "anointing." Let us start with the fact that in the Old Testament anointing was an act carried out by the pouring of oil upon the head of someone. Like Samuel did to the shepherd boy David, who one day would be king. This was an act of consecration for priests and kings. While the outward act was symbolic, inwardly God would provide them with the ability to carry out His will. As we move into the New Testament however, the meaning shifts (see what I did there). The term Christ itself means the anointed one. Consider now the actual meaning of this verse:

For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. -- Matthew 24: 24 (ESV)

False anointed ones! This warning is not that people will say they literally are Jesus Christ but rather that they are anointed, Christos. Performing great signs and wonders. I am amazed at the level of biblical illiteracy Christians display. Just because someone has correctly "read" you does not mean their divination was from God. Just because someone performed some signs and wonders does not mean they are from God. Beloved the Bible make it clear in multiple places that believers are the anointed ones now. That makes consistent sense. In the Old Testament the prophet was anointed to carry out and deliver the Word of the Lord but in the New Testament, God now has His church to deliver the Gospel. Back to the quote from the article we see the introduction of the term mantle, which is also abused today. The term mantle appears scantily in the Bible. The most famous reference is when Elijah passes on his mantle to Elisha. In all likelihood this is a sheepskin that was worn as clothing not some mystical magical artifact. But because Elisha asked for and accomplished double the amount of miracles as Elijah, the false prophets seize on it to pass around "mantles" to each other. It is all self-promotion however. I have the mantle for the nations! Yeah well I have a mantle for revival! False Prophetess Lana Vawser is claiming God is saying that many of the other false prophets will be further into their governmental mantle. What does that mean preacher? It is straight NAR talk. The NAR believes in conquering the seven mountains of cultural influence in order to facilitate the second coming of Jesus Christ and one of those mountains is government. Are we seeing the trend yet? There is an atmospheric shift that will result in people moving further into their governmental mantles during some form of awakening. Well, why didn't you just say so?

"Many of you are crossing over thresholds of destiny that will see you moved by My hand into the greatest promotions in the spirit and the natural of your life. Doors, doors, and more doors abound and will continue to abound as I send you forth with My word in your mouth to proclaim and release and see some of the greatest shifts take place by the power of My Spirit."- Lana Vawser

Now the nonsense really takes off. Beloved the majority of prophetic words in the Bible were words of admonishment or warning. Calls to repent and return unto God. The problem is that does not sell well in today's narcissistic Christian culture. We do not want to hear about our sin. We certainly do not want to hear about our need to repent. No, we want to hear there are doors, doors, doors, and more doors just abounding in our life. Throw open those windows of heaven your miserly God! I want to cross thresholds of destiny! I want great promotions in the spirit! What do either of those mean? Nothing. They do not exist in the Bible. Anyone who received some form or spiritual promotion or crossed thresholds of destiny did not end up with abounding doors being thrown open. They ended up being crucified upside down or beheaded. But look out because Lana Vawser says there are great shifts about to take place!

"The enemy has come against many of you with this cloud of fear, intimidation, and confusion to cause you to run or to withdraw, and to cause you to doubt what you are seeing or hearing--even though you know My voice well. There is a deception that is attempting to blind and silence many of the prophets but I say unto you, keep leaning in. Keep lifting up your praise, stay deep in the place of worship. For you are birthing and you are moving into a realm of understanding in the spirit realm and in the language of My Spirit in ways that you have never imagined." -- Lana Vawser

The self-importance bestowed upon themselves is usually apparent in their false prophecies. The devil has personally seen to attack them on some level? The truth is they are already doing his will, whether intentional or otherwise. Here we see two more standard parts of this false prophet language. The first is "leaning in" as this is always presented as a solution to going deeper or gaining more understanding. Not read the Word! No just "lean in." Nice and subjective. The other colloquialism is the birthing reference. This is huge in the false prophetic linguistics. We are either pregnant with purpose or on the verge of giving birth to some new ministry, or a "fresh word." Either way, someone is giving birth to something in the spirit realm. Vawser continues:

I Send You Forth as Activators. There are new assignments upon many of you. I will send you forth with specific words into specific places and you will prophesy! Not only will the hard grounds break open, but there will be destiny suddenly awakened in these places. The prophetic words sown into the grounds by My heart will suddenly come to life as you prophesy. "I am sending many of you forth as activators to prophesy what I am saying. You will call forth the seeds of destiny sown into cities, regions, and nations. You will call them forth in accelerated ways, which will activate by the power of My Spirit the tipping-point, destiny momentum for that place." -- Lana Vawser

Activators? I must have missed that in my Bible. So pregnant activators will be birthing atmospheric shifts if we would only lean in? This is getting confusing. Notice however the bloated self-importance expanding now. According to this word from God, His heart cannot come to life without the prophet's spoken words. Unless we complete our assignments, the heart of God will remain dead? Says no Biblical text anywhere. Doubling down on the activators nonsense by pairing it with "seeds of destiny?" Here we see the first appearance of the word accelerate, another popular false prophecy term. Something is always ready to take off, fly, or accelerate. Just look at the last sentence here. You will call them forth in accelerated ways, which will activate by the power of My Spirit the tipping point, destiny momentum for that place. Pastor Chris Rosebrough from Fighting for the Faith uses a sentence that makes as much sense as this one to highlight the absurdity. That sentence is, "Blue sleeps faster than Tuesday." It is a complete sentence and grammatically correct. They are all real words being used but the sentence means absolutely nothing.

"There will be a significant increase of angelic activity seen partnering with the words that I am releasing from your mouths. It has already begun but it is going to increase significantly in the coming months. Angelic activity will be seen as you prophesy in ways you have never seen. I am sending you forth as activators with an increase you have never carried, and you will not only activate the destiny in people and people groups, but in the marketplace and cities/nations. Supernatural signs and wonders will follow your prophetic declarations in ways you have never seen. You are birthing "new"! You are birthing the new thing I am doing!" -- Lana Vawser

It was only a matter of time before angels showed up. In this case angels will be partnering with our very words! How amazingly ridiculous! Now the interesting thing here is that they fail to see the truth behind the lies Satan convinces them to spew in the name of the Lord. Demons are in fact fallen angels; so the more false prophetic words we see the greater partnership of these demons with those words we can expect. Once again we are birthing something new and apparently "destiny" must be "activated." Who knew? And look how special we are! Supernatural signs and wonders will follow our prophetic declarations! Who is getting the glory here?

"You Will See My Glory. Where the cloud of fear, confusion and intimidation has come against you, I am blowing the cloud away. You are moving into seeing My glory come in like a cloud like which you have never seen. You are moving into encounters with Me where you will see My glory, which is going to take you into depths of My heart that you have never been in. Secrets and revelations of My heart that you cannot even fathom await you as you continue to press in. Don't withdraw, lean in! Push through the confusion, fear and intimidation through your worship and praise and I will show you great and mighty things that you do not yet know (see Jeremiah 33:3)." -- Lana Vawser

More super-spiritual gibberish. God will blow away the clouds of confusion so you can go deeper in His heart. Is this anywhere in the Bible? No beloved it is not. It is however a cornerstone of the false signs and lying wonders network that emphasizes experiential Christianity. It always portends some deeper secrets, revelations and knowledge that God apparently forgot to include in His Word. The correct word for this is Gnosticism -- the pursuit of hidden knowledge. Lean in! Press in! No. God has not forgotten something that He now needs Lana Vawser to convey to His people. Stop searching for things that do not exist that you think are hidden and get back into His Word which is in plain sight and never changes.

"I will release to you the blueprints and strategies for your assignments that will break the dams! Many of you shall now be known as those who are carrying the breaker anointing in such powerful ways that wherever you go, where I am leading you, you will step in and the dams will break. Generational dams will break and release the flood and tidal wave of My Spirit bringing healing, breakthrough and healing to people, places and areas that have been locked down for generations. These strategic breakthrough moments, through My rhema word being declared, are so important and strategic that they will be known as history-making moments." -- Lana Vawser

Now we are in the dam breaking business? Thank goodness God is going to give us blueprints and strategies beyond the revealed will in His Word! Breaker anointing? What the heck is that? It must be part of the hidden secretes because it sure is not in the Bible. Apparently it is pretty powerful though! It will break generational dams? I don't remember those in Scripture either. In fact, it sounds like Lana Vawser is making all of this up, no? If there was such a thing as breaker anointing that would shatter something called generational dams, don't you think God would have mentioned it somewhere in His Word? Mercifully, Vawser concludes.

"Many of you are stepping into your governmental anointing in double portions. What I am about to do and lead you into is completely new, but I have been preparing you and you are ready. You are crossing over and that's why the enemy is raging mad. Rejoice! As you lean in, you are overcoming and are about to see Me move in a way that will leave you on your face before Me--undone by My power and My love like never before. The Elijah Prophets Are Arising--It's Time! You will carry My fire like never before. The Elijah prophets are arising! It's time! It's time for My fire! You are crossing over into another realm of the manifestation of My Spirit within you in signs and wonders to ignite, activate, heal and deliver people, cities, nations and regions. The destiny winds and the destiny mantle upon prophets is increasing significantly right now. Stand, stand, stand. A mighty move of My Spirit is at hand!" -- Lana Vawser

Lana Vawser's bio says she is an active member of the Australian Prophetic Council and releases prophetic words for the Body of Christ and nations, and is featured regularly on The Elijah List and in Charisma Magazine. This brings us full circle beloved as this council exists for the purposes of propping up the false prophets who pay their dues. There are similar councils in America. Generals International elevates its members to the unbiblical title of General, such as Cindy Jacobs. There is also the Council of Prophetic Elders and similar organizations. They exist to fleece the flock through mocking the prophetic, period. There is no double portion governmental anointing. That makes as much sense as blue sleeps faster than Tuesday. The enemy is not raging mad. He is laughing uncontrollably at the sheer stupidity and utter lack of discernment displayed by people who claim to be the church today. Vawser is right that it is soon time for the fire of the Lord but that thought should frighten her into repentance.

Destiny winds. Destiny mantles. Destiny thresholds. Destiny momentum. All false visions and lying divinations as our key verses speak of. More importantly however is that these are discernment clues for us. It is in the language. Let me try and summarize the unbiblical mangle-dese for you to put this in proper perspective. Apparently, there is a great awakening on the horizon due to an atmospheric shift that will open abounding doors, cross over destiny thresholds, and result in an increase in angelic activity. It seems that we are pregnant and will soon be birthing something "new" that involves governmental mantles, seeds of destiny, as well as destiny momentum in accelerated ways. This tipping point however can only be released if we lean in or press in, after reviewing the blueprints and strategies that make us activators with a breaker anointing. Once we align all of this we will seemingly destroy something called generational dams, while carrying the fire of God, into our double portion governmental anointing. Glad we have straightened that out.

Are we starting to understand the point yet? Lana Vawser claims God is speaking this. She is saying thus sayeth the Lord about a slew of completely unbiblical, mangled nonsense that He clearly never said. Once we can learn to spot such false linguistics we can better discern what is truly from God and what is not. Thank goodness we can always rely on the fact that false prophecies are easy to spot with an open Bible and that blue does indeed sleep faster than Tuesdays.
