There are far too many self-professing Christians today who operate without walls. They are defenseless cities waiting to be pillaged. And pillaged they are every week by false teachers who make merchandise of them and of the Gospel. Vallotton ends his article by admitting that many people get offended when they witness things like holy laughter. I can understand that as it is attributing the most demonic things to the work of the Holy Spirit. Mostly however I just feel sad. Profoundly sad that people like Kris Vallotton have traded in the security and surety of Scripture for the defenseless cities that are his false beliefs. That he actually believes God would make someone "drunk" in the spirit or lay them out for no apparent reason. I feel sad that he is so defenseless he cannot even reason anymore biblically. Read his blog article carefully beloved. He offers not one single Bible verse. He admits he himself has never actually been slain or been subject to holy laughter but because he has seen it, he tosses the Bible into the nearest trashcan to accept what his lying eyes and deceptive heart wants to tell him. He is a man without self control defending his beliefs of no self control. What is worse is he has convinced himself that it is all from God. He stands before us like a city that has already been broken into and left without the walls of the Bible to protect him. He openly traffics in the demonic realm and has no clue that he does so. What is worse though is he is in a senior leadership position at a wildly popular church that teaches people to believe in their own experiences over the written Word of God. They revel in false and demonic manifestations such as gold dust, glory clouds, gem stones and angel feathers. They are dangerous because they not only lead untold thousands astray and away from God but they influence other leaders and churches. They are a key part of the great end times apostasy the Bible warns us about and we would be wise to stay far, far away.
