Along The Edges

 

How can we not see?

How do we walk by?

The people on the edge

Hanging by a thread

Due to snap any day now

Any moment in time

Crystallized in our memories

The weathered faces reflect no more

On a calloused heart

His love frees us

Causes us to dare

To dream again, to see again

To rise up with eagles

God is our eyes
