Benny Hinn - Even If I Lie, You are not Permitted to Judge Me

By       (Page 2 of 2 pages)   1 comment

A big reason for the confusion is that people misunderstand what Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:29, "Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge." People read this and think, "Well then, I can judge prophets." No. Paul is talking here about the gift in operation. Note that the word 'judge' in this passage does not mean to condemn; it comes from the Greek word diakrino, which means to discern, to determine, to separate thoroughly, to judge; in other words, to assess. We are to decide whether the words we are hearing line up with the Word of God. To understand Paul's meaning, you have to look at the whole chapter. Paul is talking about the gifts of the Holy Spirit and their operation within the church. He is not talking about judging the office of the prophet. So when Paul says, "Let the other judge" (1 Cor. 14:29), he means you have the right to judge the words that are being spoken and say, "Does this line up with the Scripture?" Scripture is always our guaranteed guide.

Benny is once again trying to confuse. No one is speaking about judgment from a "you're going to hell" perspective. We have no right to provide that judgment for anyone because we are not God, and we have no idea who might have had a thief on the cross conversion. What Hinn is trying to do here is so deceptive. He is trying to separate out the false prophecy from the false prophet who spoke it. So, yes we are certainly to judge if the content of the prophecy is false but to then not equate it to the speaker is simply stupid. I know Jennifer LeClaire is a false prophet BECAUSE of the sneaky squid prophecy. I know that David Taylor is a false prophet BECAUSE of his silly Super Bowl prophecy. I know Benny Hinn is a false prophet BECAUSE of his Fidel Castro false prophecy. Anyone I know today who truly operates prophetically is so humble they would never assume they hold an office. Here is today's deep theology beloved. Anyone who is so fantastically false in a prophecy cannot possibly be placed into an office of prophet by God! That is the inherent contradiction Hinn is trying to sell you today. That he can be wrong in what he claims to hear from God and still hold the office of prophet. Does God stutter? Was He vague? Why in the world would we properly judge what is prophesied as false and give a pass to the liar that spoke it? Absurd.

"Now, let's focus on the holy side of the prophetic we operate in as the church. Please read Jeremiah 1:1-8. Without the prophetic it won't happen. You have to speak it before God performs it. God told Jeremiah, "I'm putting My words in your mouth that you might be over the nations." That's a lot of power right there, and we can see the evidence today. Where is Babylon? Where is Assyria? Where is Edom, and where is Moab? Where are the Philistines? They're gone. Destroyed. Who destroyed them? God. How? When Jeremiah spoke it. God would not have done it had he not spoken it. But the prophetic is not always words. I encourage you to read the book of Ezekiel and study all the things God had him do. The obedience of that man brought about the judgment of God. And it demonstrates that the prophetic is not always words. Sometimes the prophetic is expressed by an action, playing a part and doing things as a prophetic act. But this is true only when these things are done by the prophets. God is revealing to us mysteries of the anointing and mysteries of the prophetic. "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches," (Rev. 2:29)." - Benny Hinn

Because Benny is entirely carnal, he worships and deifies man. The notion that God "would not" have done anything without Jeremiah speaking is offensive. Ezekiel did not "bring about the judgment of God." God is God all by Himself. He does not need us. He does not rely upon us. We are the created, not the Creator. God uses us as He sees fit. He chose to use Ezekiel. He chose to use Jeremiah. He also uses evil for His own ends and purposes and I present Benny Hinn as such an example. There are no "mysteries of the anointing," as this is an abused term in Charismania. There are also no mysteries of the prophetic. Prophecy points to Jesus - period. If you have some itinerant prophet speaking gobbledygook over you, portending your future then it is not God you are worshipping. Preaching that centers on man instead of God is fundamentally false. Prophesy that focuses on man is equally false. How truly sad that Hinn chooses to close with another Revelation scripture he does not understand. Revelation begins with warnings to the false churches for their false teachings. I do not expect Benny Hin to hear because he is a wolf sitting on top of a 60 million dollar empire built on the bones of so many people he led down the broad path of destruction. To quote my old pastor, if you want a prophecy - read your bible. If you want to hear one, read it out loud. As for Benny Hinn, I judge the falseness that oozes from the corners of his mouth and relate it right back to him. He is false to the core. Avoid the suit coat beloved. Mark and avoid.
