Demonic Deceptions of False Apostle Kathryn Krick and False Prophet Troy Black

The first video was posted on the secular website Reddit, reminding us of the damage done to the cause of Christ from these charlatans. I had to watch this twice because I was flabbergasted at how obviously staged it was and how horrifically bad her teaching was. In the video, Krick is "ministering" to a woman while her young child writhes around on the ground screaming. The reason given of course is demon possession. Seemingly ignoring the suffering of the child, Krick interacts with the mother and determines that the reason why she cannot see deliverance for the child is that she needs a certain key that can only be obtained by giving Krick money. I kid you not. The mother admits that she spent money on psychics trying to solve this problem, but it only got worse, suspiciously familiar to the plight of the woman with the issue of blood. Krick "teaches" that she needs to sow a "comparable seed." The mother protests that since coming to the Lord, she has been tithing faithfully. Krick is unimpressed saying that she has to give way above the normal 10% for this case because she has sown so much into the demonic side of the problem that the only way to break it is to sow big. This is consistent with other Krick teachings that "big curses require big seeds." Then allegedly, after the mom presses the send button to give money to Krick, hallelujah! The boy receives his deliverance! This is so offensive on so many levels. God is not some spiritual gangster waiting for his tribute before providing you with the protection you seek. Jesus never demanded money from people He delivered. I do not care whatever other teaching you might fall for from Krick. This debacle proves she is false. She is a dangerous huckster, fleecing God's sheep by first pretending they are all demon possessed and then demanding cash to help them get delivered from the fake demon. Absolutely disgusting. The second link is from Krick herself, apparently defending herself from the proper criticism she has received for being a false apostle and snake oil saleswoman. The title from her ministry is "How Saul's try to Stop the David's of Today." Can you guess who she is fancying herself as? It is just a snippet from what must have been a longer piece so it kind of jumps right in:

"People today, that they are speaking against anointed servants of God - most of them if not all of them, they know the truth. They're just lying because the jealousy is so bad, just like Saul. But those people are really foolish. The people that are ministers and stuff because they're only attracting people with bad hearts. My sheep know my voice so when you truly have the Holy Spirit and you have a pure heart and want to be in God's will and please Him, you have the gift of discernment. You can see what's humility and what's not. You can see what's hatred and what's love. You can see what's judgment and what's not. And so these people that spew these horrible things against the anointed ones, ones with bad hearts are like yeah, you're doing what we want, tear this person down cause we're jealous too, you're going to attract those people. Have fun with that. And have fun with how they treat you if that's their heart. You're going to detract all of the pure hearts because you've marked yourself as a false one. As a one who is prideful. As one who is jealous. As one who is with a bad heart. Of course speaking against, we al know that is horrible but maybe you also don't realize the seriousness of keeping quiet. People today they fight with silence. They fight by not saying anything. There are some leaders in the body of Christ today that have pride and they see that God is moving here but I don't want this to happen. I want this to happen through me only and at my church so I'm not going to say anything. This is what's happening currently in the body of Christ today." - Kathryn Krick

Krick's usage of the term anointed is wrong on two levels. First of all, Kathryn Krick is not anointed of God. Last time I checked, God does not demand payment for fake deliverance. Secondly of course is the allusion to the "touch not my anointed" scriptures. This is often leveraged by unscrupulous preachers who want immunity from criticism, but God never promised any such thing to those who preach His word. Next here we see Krick setting up the false narrative that anyone who would dare to discern regarding her teaching must somehow have a "bad heart." Being humble does not mean you turn a blind eye to false teachings. Judgment? You betchya as the bible specifically directs us to judge those inside the church and implores us to test everything but only hold on to what is good. Anger? If that video, where Krick makes God into a mean loan shark, does not anger you? Then you are not invested enough in the things of God. It should make you very angry. Righteously angry. It is borderline hysterical that Krick uses biblical language to describe the opposite of what the terminology is for. Kathryn Krick needs to mark and avoided, not people who dare to point out that she is a huckster. At the end here she seems to be begging for other ministries to defend her and as we will soon see, Troy Black listened. Before we get there however, one more short clip from Krick complaining that no one should ever criticize her. This would be the third link above.

"It's the Lord that lifts the humble. It's not the people who lift the humble. God does not need our help to lift us. It is God who casts the wicked to the ground. It is God that humbles the proud, not people. And God uses people to do most things but when it comes to pushing people down, humbling the proud, that's not our job. That's one of the few things that God reserves for just himself. No vessels required. It is not our job to push people down. It is not our job to speak against people even if we are really determined that we are right, even if we are right, it's just not our job. God does not need our help. The big reasoning why people do talk about servants of God is that for one, maybe they really believe that a person is wrong, a person is false and they themselves are like, they need to be pushed down. I need to do something about this and they think God is sleeping and God needs them to do it, to push the person down. Sometimes it is not even out of a bad intent. They feel like this is wrong, people need to know but it is still not your role. God does not need your help. God Himself will do exposing. The bible says my sheep know my voice. His real sheep will hear His voice, leading them and guiding them to the true anointed places, not the false ones.

These are useless, ridiculous arguments from someone who clearly does not know God nor understand His word. First of all, it is not "pushing people down." It is exposing what is false and the bible is filled with commands to do just that. Playing her game however, I guess Paul did not get this instruction from God when he was "pushing down" Hymenaeus and Philetus. It is not a matter of God needing our help but rather God using us. God is never sleeping as Krick continues to make a mockery of God and herself. The only thing that mattered to Paul in the key verses was these two people were teaching falsely and people needed to know. Yes, true sheep know the voice of the Lord, but they can be led astray. The Galatians started following the Judaizers. The Corinthians started following Apollos or Paul instead of Christ. In the 1800's a man in upstate New York claimed an angel gave him a new gospel and perhaps because there was not enough discernment, rebuking such garbage, we now have 17 million Mormons worldwide. Sorry Kathryn, God says you are false. Of course, falseness attracts falseness, and so we come to the last link above, from false prophet, Troy Black.

"So here is what God has showed me about Kathryn Krick. I used to watch clips of her and saw how fast her ministry was growing. If you asked me back then what I thought about her I probably would have said that something doesn't sit right in my spirit. But now the Holy Spirit has shown me that I was jealous and had envy in my heart because her ministry was growing so much faster than mine. I was convicted and I realized I was not doing myself any favors or my ministry by being envious or jealous of someone else. We have an opportunity to get on board with what God is doing or become a Saul in that situation. Saul was King over Israel. God had anointed Saul and called Saul to be King. The reason why Saul turned away from the Lord and the reason why was because he started to listen to the voice of the people instead of listening to what Samuel said God said to do." - Troy Black

Yeah, no Troy. To read 1Samuel 15 as Saul succumbing to the voices of the people is beyond generous. Saul wanted the best of the spoils period. Either way, the notion that we become the rebellious first King of Israel by questioning if someone should be forcing a woman to send her money in order to perform a fake exorcism is ludicrous. God is not on board with Kathryn Krick, so why in the world should we be? Secondly here, the "God showed me" nonsense is so irritating, especially when it is obvious God showed him no such thing. Black does this ALL THE TIME. The faux humbling of himself sure seems contrived when paired up with Kathryn's begging for ministries to defend her. It is interesting that Troy comes to the same conclusion as to motive that Kathryn offered - jealousy. Yes, we all wish we had the moral vacuousness and total lack of the fear of God to fleece a mother out of cash in order to pretend to cast a demon out of her kid. Here is the rest of Troy's mea culpa:

"Some people may have the question, if she is really from the Lord how do you explain this thing she said, or that and this would be my response. Some maturing may still need to occur. Some maturing still needs to happen in my life and every believer's life. If we ever get to the place where we think we are as mature as we are ever going to be then we are operating from a place of pride. When we see someone else being exalted by the Lord we try to bring them down because we are not humbling ourselves. We are trying to lift ourselves up by bringing other people down. 1cor 3:1-11 - Paul says that he laid a foundation on top of Christ and now others were coming and building upon that and that did not bother him one bit. Because his focus and heart was let's build the kingdom of God. Let's not build our own kingdoms. Matthew 12:26-29 - and if Satan is casting out Satan, he has become divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? What this is saying is Satan is not going to be casting out demons. If someone is legitimately delivering people through the blood of Jesus, through the power of Jesus name from demonic spirits then God's Holy Spirit is at work. Satan is not going to be doing that. I am hearing the Holy Spirit say that some people are getting free of this religious way of thinking right now." - Troy Black
