False Prophet Jeff Jansen Removed from Ministry. (Not for False Prophecy as that is Apparently OK).

So Burton admits that he should not be writing this half-defense of Jansen. We are left to do so much more than merely analyze fruit, which can be extremely subjective as Burton has displayed here. We are called to hold everything up to the word of God and hold on only to what is true. We are called to mark those that cause division through contrary teachings and lies and avoid them. The bible assures us that he hearts of man are inherently wicked and deceitful. No need to try and guess here. Jeff Jansen swore that God told him that Donald Trump would be reelected and instead he lost by over seven million votes. Since then Jansen swore God told him Trump would be reinstated by the end of April, which also did not come to pass. Since then Jansen still swears God is telling him Trump will be reinstated and he has decided to leave his wife and family. What are we debating here? Jeff Jansen has less credibility at this point than the My Pillow guy. Where is the prayer for the sheep Jansen has slaughtered? Where is the love and concern for his victims? Why are we always trying to rehabilitate wolves?

"Of course, this part of the comments by Global Fire Church is quite disturbing: "Rather than submit to the process of healing and restoration, Jeff recently made an intentional decision to leave his wife and family to pursue his own desires. He remains unrepentant and unremorseful."

If true, Jansen is without question disqualified from ministry. In fact, his soul is in jeopardy. Satan is raging, and the church must respond in love and en force. The takeaways to all of this include the need to cover (not cover up) our brothers and sisters in Christ. We as the church must endeavor for prophetic accuracy and conformity to biblical protocols. We should understand the times we are in are volatile. We have no option to dabble haphazardly in the prophetic. We need to embrace humility. Intercession must skyrocket. I'd like to conclude by saying I'm praying Jansen is well, the reports are inaccurate and concern is unwarranted. If his prophecies come true, we should celebrate. If the situation in the church and with his family is other than is being reported, we can rejoice. We need more bold prophetic leaders right now, and for many years, Jansen has been one of them. At this point, however, it seems all of us, Jansen included, should seek God's face and allow Him to refine, redefine and renew us. Humble, repentant hearts are necessary if we are to endure what is to come." - John Burton

Was Jansen's soul not in jeopardy for lying about what God did and did not say? Endeavor for prophetic accuracy? What the heck is that? Does God stutter? You either are hearing from God or you are not! The bible makes it abundantly clear that prophets are judged by the complete and total accuracy of their statements. There are no second chances let alone a 35% "miss" rate. For years Jansen has been a false prophet. Keep in mind this guy that Burton is defending recently called pastors who disagree with him effeminate and neutered. He also claimed that ushers at his church were armed to "kill" threats that might come against him. This is who John Burton has aligned himself with. Oh, unless he really left his wife. How ridiculously absurd.
