He wrote a silly book where he took biblical words and applied them to modern day political disagreements. He assigned evil to his opponent and righteousness to his cause. The problem is, no one is righteous, not even one. So, when your horribly tainted, human examples, such as Tucker Carlson, gets fired you have to somehow present him as the victim. Never mind that he routinely called his female boss the "C" word. Never mind that he is a blatant racist and misogynist. Just say he has been attacked by a millennia old false god and give her a nifty new name like the Enchantress! Make his fiance'e a hardcore evangelical, even though he does not have a fiance'e and has been married for over 30 years. What difference does the truth really make at this point? Beloved, it is high time the church stops being the stupid people. Stop being conned by these charlatans and yarn spinners. There is not a theological boogeyman behind every news story. Sometimes idiots get fired for being idiots.
