Unreal. Under these guidelines, who would be deemed false? Virtually none, or only those they wished to be rid of. The first example is someone who issues a false prophecy. As long as they say they are sorry, all is forgiven. The second is someone who always prophesies falsely but for some unknown reason they believe they are still saved! Basically, they just tell them stop embarrassing the Industrial Complex by stopping the false prophecies. Mind you, both of these examples are false prophets but to them, only the third group is and those are folks deemed to not actually be a believer. Who gets to determine such? They do of course! They set these ridiculous standards!
I am glad we get to close on their notion that false prophets should NOT be judged by their gifting but rather the fruit of their life and ministry, which is so malleable and open for judgment. To get there however they use the key verse for today, Romans 11:29. In a vacuum this verse seems to support their stance, but the first rule of Hermeneutics is context, context, context. Go read Romans 11 and you will find this chapter has nothing to do with spiritual gifts. This is in fact about the promises God made to His covenant people. Because the false prophets do not understand this verse, they actually believe that a person can be unsaved and yet prophetically gifted? Huh? So, you think that God is speaking to the unsaved and sending them with messages for the saved? That is so biblically moronic I do not even know where to start beloved. Except to end by saying these people who created these standards are the top shelf of false prophets today and this document is breathtaking in the scope of not understanding the bible, prophecy or the Lord.
